Teen girl explains why she’s marrying her biological father

If you haven’t heard of the term “genetic sexual attraction,” (GSA) the definition might surprise you.  It’s basically when you want to sleep with someone in your own biological family.  While most of us might become physically sick by the thought, there appears to be a growing movement of people around the globe who feel that this can be defined as a sexual preference, deserving them of equal rights under the law to pursue their relationships.

A really interesting fact cited in the article below is that a large percentage of cases in which fathers and daughters are estranged can lead to GSA.  The woman in the story below says that she didn’t know her father for most of her life and met her as an adult.  It didn’t take long for the two of them to become attracted to one another and begin sleeping together.  Now, they plan on getting married and having children.

As the woman who coined the phrase GSA told the Guardian in 2003, “That group tends to stay very silent. It’s still regarded as dangerously close to abuse, even though it is no different from other forms of GSA.”

But one such unnamed couple living in the Great Lakes region is now making news after the teen daughter talked at length with the magazine about reuniting with her father — whom she hadn’t seen since she was about 5 — 12 years later and finding herself instantly attracted to him.

The daughter says they have been dating for nearly two years — since she lost her virginity to her father just days after reuniting with him — and that they plan to marry, if unofficially, and move to New Jersey, where she says adult incest is legal.
